Please be aware that violation of this policy may result in criminal punishment under the Information and Communication Network Act.
② Article 50-2 of the Information and Communication Network Act (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
No person shall collect email addresses automatically through programs or any other technological means from internet websites where the intention to refuse the collection of email addresses is explicitly stated.
③ Prohibition of Selling or Distributing Collected Email Addresses: It is strictly prohibited to sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the provisions stated in paragraphs 1 and 2.
④ Prohibition of Using Collected Email Addresses for Information Transmission: It is strictly prohibited to knowingly use email addresses collected in violation of the provisions stated in paragraphs 1 and 2 for the purpose of information transmission.
