Quality Assurance

The products sold by Senas come with a warranty that covers unlimited mileage for one year. Free after-sales service (AS) is provided for any issues that arise during this period.
The product's information and purchase date can be verified through the quality guarantee card. After one year from the purchase date, AS may incur charges.

Please familiarize yourself with the following warranty terms and contact us for inquiries. We will process your warranty claim as quickly as possible.

1. Damage or abnormalities caused by overhauling or modification performed by a third party, not at an authorized installation point.
2. Unauthorized use of third-party parts or components as replacements.
3. Unauthorized injection or leakage of gas or oil in the suspension system.
4. Consumable parts in the suspension system.
5. Installation on a vehicle different from the one specified at the time of purchase.
6. Product damage caused by natural disasters or accidents during operation.
7. Improper use contrary to the specified specifications (e.g., using a racing type for regular driving).
8. Loss or damage to the warranty certificate.
9. Mismatch between the installed number and serial number on the product.

Suspension Overhaul and Repair Options

• Suspension damper overhaul is only available through a visit to the main office.
  Price: 150,000 KRW per unit.
